The Frank Thorne Chapter is the BHS equivalent of the SAI Chapter-at-Large distinction.
About
The chapter is named for Frank Thorne, an early barbershop icon and bass of the 1942 BHS International Quartet Champions the Elastic Four. As opposed to SAI's Chapter-At-Large distinction, Frank Thorne is actually considered a chapter of sorts. Each district has a Frank Thorne Chapter.
A BHS member with no other chapter affiliation is considered a member of Frank Thorne.
