 SALT is composed of lead, Annika Andersson from Huddinge, a manager at the social security agency; tenor, Anna Öhman, also from Huddinge, a music teacher; bass, Susanna Berndts, from Trosa, a speech therapist; and baritone, Anna-Stina Gerdin, from Hagersten, who is a school teacher. It seems these four women have come together to create one of the most unique, humorous and contemporary women’s barbershop quartets in the world.
-Three of the quartet members, Andersson, Berndts and Öhman, are also members the Rönninge Show Chorus, which also competes regularly on the international stage.
-Since New Year 2008 SALT has got a new baritone, Karin Sjöblom. Karin has been singing barbershop for 25 years. For the last 20 years she has been a member of Rönninge Show Chorus where also the others in SALT are members. Karin has also been singing and competing in several quartets, the most recent is the quartet Ambush. With Ambush Karin competed in the US 3 times - the last time was in year 2006.
