First, use the search to see whether someone has written a similar page before you start one yourself. If no results are found, you may click the link to "create this page" on that search results page. Note: The new page will be titled the same as your search request. So be sure to choose the title carefully!

Another method is to create a link in an existing article. For example, if the existing article says "SweetNewQuartet is the 2021 International Champion", you could edit that article to make "SweetNewQuartet" an internal link. Then click that red link to start a new page titled "SweetNewQuartet". As before, the new page will be titled the same as the link you created. So be sure to choose the title carefully!
