Sally McLean

Sally McLean is a vocal coach and musical director from Yorkshire, England. She has been the musical director of LABBS chorus The White Rosettes since 1998. Since then, the chorus have been LABBS Chorus Champions ten times, and have also won the female chorus gold medals at the 2009, 2013 and 2017 European Barbershop Conventions. The chorus were also Llangollen International Eisteddfod Choir of the World Finalists in 2008, 2010 and 2012. As the most successful ladies' barbershop director in the country, she was profiled in Dr Liz Garnett's book Choral Conducting and the Construction of Meaning.

She has also won four LABBS quartet gold medals, with the SoundHouse, The Jazz Firm, Downtown Express and 42nd Street, as well as a European Quartet Gold medal with SoundHouse.

In 2015 she appeared on national television as one of seven judges in Gareth Malone's The Naked Choir.
