Regional Champions can refer to any of a great many singers, depending on context. "Region" implies Sweet Adelines International and its contests.

Quartets
Regional Quartet Champions
In SAI, the Regional Quartet Competition also serves as the International Qualifier. If the Champions decline, 2nd place may compete instead.
If 2nd place earns a wildcard slot or declines, this "automatic" invitation does not trickle down to quartets placing 3rd or lower.

Choruses
SAI Regional Chorus Champions
In SAI, the Regional Chorus Competition also serves as the International Qualifier. In addition to the Regional Champs, other high-scoring choruses may earn a wildcard slot.
At contest time, all singers must be members in good standing of both SAI and the Region, as must the chapter itself.
